By accessing and using the Monport Laser website ("Site") and purchasing products or services from Monport Laser Technology ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
Monport Laser manufactures and sells laser engraving and cutting equipment, accessories, and related services. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all product details are error-free.
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not final until we send an order confirmation email. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options.
Domestic orders within the continental United States typically ship within 1 to 3 business days from our California warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. International shipping is available to select countries. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Monport Laser products are covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Consumable components (lenses, mirrors, nozzles) are covered for 6 months. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted through our support portal with proof of purchase.
Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Custom-configured or special-order machines are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monport Laser Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
